Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Commitment to UHS Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hospital staff and ancillary departments regarding patient care and conflicts, identifying and assisting in resolutions.
• Routinely oversee nursing staff and guide employees under supervision.
• Maintain performance skills; work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, and on-call status.
