Universal Health Services in Texas is seeking an Administrative RN Supervisor to provide leadership for nursing staff during off-shift coverage. The role involves coordinating patient care with hospital teams and addressing concerns, with weekend, evening, night, and on-call duties.

Candidates must hold an RN license in Texas (or a compact state) and have a nursing degree; BSN preferred. Supervisory experience is desirable, and compliance with policies is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hospital RN experience required; Behavioral requires 2 years of hospital RN experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Commitment to UHS Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

Responsabilités

• Interact with hospital staff and ancillary departments regarding patient care and conflicts, identifying and assisting in resolutions.
• Routinely oversee nursing staff and guide employees under supervision.
• Maintain performance skills; work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, and on-call status.
