The Registered Nurse House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing hospital operations during assigned shifts and supporting high-quality, safe, and efficient care for patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to manage staffing needs, patient flow, emergency situations, and administrative concerns as they arise.
This position operates in a hospital clinical setting and requires an on‑site presence during assigned shifts. The RN House Supervisor will work throughout patient care areas, administrative areas, and other designated hospital departments as needed.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
