Qualifikationen

• RN licensed in the state of Kentucky or eligible to practice per hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be completed within 5 years of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of employment; ACLS/PALS as required by department.

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans and coordinates discharge planning with patient/family and healthcare team.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders; assesses learning needs of patient and family and provides education.
• Serves as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Performs duties in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act; works under general supervision in a high‑stress environment.
