Qualifications

• CPR/BLS required at hire and ACLS/NRP required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care following policies and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team; monitor and document patient status.
• Support discharge planning with patient and family.
• Educate patients and families based on age and learning needs.
• Comply with Nurse Practice Act in all duties.
