Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care.
• Associate's RRT or RRT Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist; NC licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of direct respiratory care per physician orders and approved protocols.
• Initiates, monitors, and maintains mechanical and non-invasive ventilators.
• Documents therapy and results; communicates with the healthcare team.
• Assesses and adjusts respiratory care plans; participates in emergency responses.
