Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, helping them improve mobility and independence.

You will work under a Physical Therapist, conduct home exercise programs, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers. A Texas PTA license is required, and home health experience is preferred. Flexible schedule and consistent patient volume make this a rewarding field role.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide PT treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
