Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, helping to improve mobility and independence. The role is flexible and ideal for PTAs seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.

Texas PTA license is required; home health experience is preferred. You’ll work independently with reliable transportation, and EMR experience with Kinnser/WellSky is a plus. Flexible schedule and meaningful patient care await.

Qualificações

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
