Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN PT assistant to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes. You’ll work under a PTA supervising therapist to help clients improve mobility, balance, and independence.

A flexible, self-managed schedule supports work-life balance and additional income. Ideal candidates will hold an active Texas PTA license, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working independently in home settings.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient goals and functional independence
