Zusammenfassung

Varco Home Health is seeking a PTA to provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes on a PRN basis, to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

You’ll work under a supervising Physical Therapist, implement home exercise programs, document visits, and coordinate with families. Texas PTA license is required; home health experience and Kinnser/WellSky EMR familiarity are preferred. Flexible schedule with consistent patient volume.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
