Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients' homes. You will work under a supervising PT to improve mobility, strength, and independence for clients in their own environments.

This role offers a flexible schedule, the autonomy to manage your day, and meaningful, patient-focused care across diverse home visits in Texas.

Ideal candidates have Texas PTA licensure, reliable transportation, and comfort working independently in home settings.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide PT treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient goals and functional independence
