Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN, home-based role in Texas. You will provide one-on-one therapy under a supervising Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
