Mercy Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments, delivering skilled interventions across inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations. You will document progress, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with standards of practice.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising PT assistants, and maintaining productivity without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice or eligible for traineeship in state of practice.
• BLS Basic Life Support required within 30 days for certain sites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans with specific goals.
• Provide direct therapy daily and instruct patients and families.
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR and co-sign for PT assistants as needed.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality care and safety.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants and support growth.
