Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments and deliver skilled therapies across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics, and off-site locations. You will work within a continuum of professional care under established plans of care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, documenting progress in the EMR, and supervising assistants as needed, all while maintaining productivity and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in state of current practice or eligible for traineeship/temporary license
• BLS certification required within 30 days for certain sites

Responsabilités

• Evaluates patients, develops and revises treatment plans with goals
• Provides direct therapy and instruction per plan of care
• Maintains accurate records in EMR and coordinates services
• Maintains productivity without compromising quality
• Adheres to department policies and safety procedures
• Supervises PT assistants when applicable
