Mercy Health’s St. Charles Hospital seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join the PT unit. The role includes initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing skilled interventions for inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations.

You will document progress in the EMR, provide family instruction, and maintain productivity while upholding high care standards. A supportive team and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist practicing in the current state or eligible for trainee/temporary license.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Provide daily direct therapy and instruction to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and coordinate with care team.
• Maintain productivity while delivering quality care and meeting standards.
• Follow safety, infection control, and timekeeping policies.
• Supervise therapy assistants and support professional growth.
