Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments and provide skilled therapy to patients across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics, and off-site locations. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice (required).
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred or required within set timelines.
• 2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with clear goals.
• Delivers direct daily therapy following current standards of practice.
• Maintains accurate treatment records in the EMR/PM system.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality patient care.
• Supervises assistants and ensures safe, compliant care.
• Adheres to departmental policies, safety, and education requirements.
