Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist at Eastgate Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation in Washington, IN. The PT will deliver skilled services in ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, evaluating patients, planning treatments, supervising PTAs, and contributing to case management, while complying with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Physical Therapy.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
