Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to support Riverside Village and Elkhart Meadows. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, discharge plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for diverse senior residents.

You will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, participate in case management, and uphold state regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered therapy in our senior care settings.

PRN Physical Therapist Opportunity at Riverside Village and Elkhart Meadows

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
