Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist at Rosewalk Village Indy / Community Nursing & Rehab. You will implement skilled physical therapy services for patients in our ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in accordance with PT principles and center policies.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients and providing quality care, developing treatment plans, supervising PTAs, contributing to case management, maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff, and
