Job summary

Rosewalk Village Indy / Community Nursing & Rehab in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide skilled PT services across our eldercare settings. You will evaluate patients, develop and monitor treatment plans, and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, while contributing to case management and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent)
• Masters or better in Physical Therapy.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care

• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
