Job summary

American Senior Communities' Eastgate Manor Nursing and Prairie Village is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services across ASC settings. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and contribute to discharge planning in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

PRN Physical Therapist Opportunity with Eastgate Manor Nursing and Prairie Village

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
