Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join Eastgate Manor Nursing and Prairie Village. The PT delivers skilled physical therapy services, assesses patients, and develops treatment plans to support rehab goals.

You will supervise PTAs, contribute to case management, maintain strong interactions with residents and staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations governing therapy services across ASC centers.

• Supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to ensure quality care.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
