Job summary

Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre in Wabash, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services within ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You will evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and contribute to case management while upholding state regulations.
