Job summary

Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre in Wabash, IN seeks a Physical Therapist to provide skilled services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and contribute to case management while aligning with state regulations.
