Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join Monticello Healthcare and Hickory Creek Winamac. You will provide skilled physical therapy services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and policies of physical therapy.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and updating treatment plans, supervising PTAs, contributing to case management, and maintaining positive interactions with patients and center staff while

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required or equivalent.
• Licensed in the state where practicing is expected.
• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants is preferred.
