Job summary

Monticello Healthcare is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide skilled PT services within ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, contribute to case management, and maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff.

Ensure adherence to state regulations and provide high-quality care across local ASC facilities serving senior residents. Masters in Physical Therapy required.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Physical Therapy.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
