Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to join the Monticello Healthcare and Hickory Creek Winamac team. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and supervise PTAs on site in our senior care settings.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
