American Senior Communities in Winamac, IN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed physical therapists in delivering skilled care across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, including home health, SNF, and outpatient services. You will assist with patient treatment plans and progress under supervision.
