Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Monticello Healthcare and Hickory Creek Winamac. The role involves evaluating patients, planning and adjusting treatments, supervising PTAs, and contributing to case management across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

You will work with licensed therapists and staff to deliver high-quality care to senior residents, adhering to state regulations and patient-centered practices, with opportunities across local ASC facilities.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
