Job summary

Monticello Healthcare and Hickory Creek Winamac is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled PT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and create discharge plans while supervising PTAs and contributing to case management.
