Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Physical Therapist for Monticello Healthcare and Hickory Creek Winamac. The role delivers skilled PT services in accordance with policies and procedures across ASC settings.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
