Job summary

Brudnick Center for Living in Massachusetts is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN weekend coverage. The role involves evaluating residents, creating individualized therapy plans, and delivering interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, balance and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed MA Occupational Therapist in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to enhance ADLs, UE function, mobility, balance and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing and rehab teams to set goals and coordinate care.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications; train residents and caregivers.
• Complete timely documentation, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance.
