Job summary

Maple Leaf HealthCare Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents improve independence, safety, and functional abilities through personalized therapy services.

You will complete evaluations, establish plans of care, provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional performance, and monitor progress while maintaining timely clinical documentation. Active NH OT license is required; flexible PRN hours.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional performance
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
