Job summary

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
• Active state license in good standing throughout employment
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation

Responsibilities
