Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Arizona. This role offers $68 hourly with consistent hours and is open to therapists at all experience levels. You will provide skilled therapy to patients in SNFs, following evidence-based practice and regulatory requirements.

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., or M.S. in Occupational Therapy; NBCOT OTR credential may be required where state law dictates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist as required by state licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or MS in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT OTR certification where state mandates.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary therapy to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Provides consultation to patients, families and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and students per licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.

Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.

• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.

• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
