Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team serving Skilled Nursing facilities in Missouri. The role offers $60 hourly pay with consistent hours and opportunities to impact patient recovery and quality of life.

Requirements include a valid OT license, a degree in Occupational Therapy (B.S., M.A., or M.S.), and NBCOT designation as an OTR where required. We welcome therapists at all experience levels to apply.

Qualifications

• OT license valid in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state mandated)
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
