Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist in Missouri to deliver skilled therapy and supervise support staff. The role focuses on evidence-based interventions to improve patients’ functional recovery and quality of life.

You will work within a dynamic rehab team, providing patient and family counseling, and ensuring compliance with licensure and regulatory standards. This position offers $60 hourly pay with consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Active OT license to practice in Missouri.
• Graduate from AOTA-recognized program.
• NBCOT-credentialed (OTR) if state mandates.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve physical function.
• Counsel patients and families about treatment plans.
• Supervise OTAs and students per licensure rules.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.

Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
