Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Benson, AZ, is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving skilled nursing facilities. You will provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary OT services to patients to promote recovery and quality of life, while coordinating with families and other care providers.

We offer $60-$65 per hour, DOE, with consistent hours. Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with NBCOT designation.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT-OTR designation if state mandates.
• Position open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled OT services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Provides consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and students per licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.

Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
