Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team serving patients in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. The role focuses on delivering skilled therapy and developing rehab programs to improve recovery and quality of life.

Requirements include a current OT license, a degree in OT (B.S./MA/M.S.) recognized by AOTA, and NBCOT designation where required by state law. All experience levels are welcome to apply, with equal opportunity employment.

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri!

$65 Hourly Consistent Hours!

Experience/Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
