Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. This Occupational Therapist role offers $68 hourly with consistent hours and a supportive, clinically driven team environment.

The position requires an OT license, an AOTA-recognized degree (B.S., M.A., or M.S.), and NBCOT OTR designation if state mandates. Open to therapists at all experience levels, with strong patient-care focus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as OTR if state mandates.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.
