Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. A position at $70 hourly offers consistent hours and the chance to influence patient recovery and quality of life.

The role requires graduation from an accredited university and a valid state license. Therapists at all levels are welcome, with opportunities to supervise aides and students in a clinically driven team.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid (or in process) license in the appropriate state.
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with licensure requirements.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
