Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and licensure as LVN/LPN in the practicing state.
• Minimum 2 years’ LVN/LPN experience in acute care settings.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Pedagogy IV Certification must be completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care under RN supervision as per plan of care.
• Document patient care timely and accurately per policies.
• Perform focused patient assessments within scope of practice.
• Administer medications following organization policies.
• Coordinate with care teams to plan and deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain infection control and patient privacy.
