Emerus Holdings, Inc. seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients with predictable health care needs under the supervision of a registered nurse.

This PRN, night-shift role (7pm–7am) at a 16-bed small-format hospital requires completing documentation, administering medications, performing focused assessments, and collaborating with the care team to execute the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or G.E.D and LPN/LVN license.
• Experience: Two years in acute care as LVN/LPN.
• Licenses/Certifications: Active LVN/LPN license; BLS & ACLS; Pedagogy IV within 30 days.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients per plan of care.
• Maintain quality and safe patient care and excellent service.
• Complete accurate documentation reflecting the plan of care.
• Perform focused patient assessments per policy.
• Administer medications per policy.
• Communicate with patients and families to support care planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
