Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc in Sumter, South Carolina seeks a Registered Nurse for PRN infusion therapy visits at patients' homes. You will provide catheter care, administer therapies, monitor vitals, and educate patients on self-care. Strong documentation skills and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter care.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care ( peripheral IVs, ports, PICC/central lines) and monitor vitals.
• Administer medications including antibiotics, TPN, IVIG and other infusions.
• Conduct patient education on self-administration of medications.
• Complete visit notes via electronic charting promptly after visits.
• Coordinate with scheduling and care teams for timely patient visits.
