Job summary

Helms Home Care LLC is seeking registered nurses to provide infusion therapy in patients' homes on a PRN basis. The role requires at least 1 year of infusion experience, NC RN licensure, and reliable transportation to cover two visits weekly.

You will perform catheter care, vitals, and administer meds while maintaining thorough electronic documentation. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, free infusion supplies, IRA option, and access to user-friendly scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum 1 year of infusion therapy experience.
• Experience with catheter maintenance and care.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• As per patient needs, perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, ports, PICCs).
• Vitals/assessments and medication administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other meds).
• Provide patient education on self-administration of medications.
• Make and submit visit notes through electronic charting promptly.
