Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking one or more Registered Nurse Infusion Clinicians to provide infusion therapies in patients’ homes across the designated service area. This PRN role requires travel to patient homes to deliver care with compassion and professional judgment.

You will perform IV access, administer medications, monitor vitals, educate patients, and document visits via our scheduling system. Prior infusion experience is preferred; strong reliability and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in NC.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy and/or catheter care experience.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care (IVs, ports, PICCs).
• Monitor vitals and administer medications (Abx, TPN, IVIG).
• Educate patients on self-administration of meds.
