Job summary

Helms Home Care LLC seeks registered nurses to provide in-home infusion therapy across the Moncks Corner area on a PRN basis. You will perform catheter access and care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and educate patients for self-management.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access and care (peripheral IVs, PICC/central lines).
• Monitor vitals and assessments at home visits.
• Administer medications including Abx, TPN, IVIG per orders.
• Provide patient education on self-administration.
