Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking PRN registered nurses to provide infusion therapy in patients' homes across select states.

Responsibilities include catheter access, vital signs, medication administration, and patient education, with charting completed promptly after each visit. A valid RN license and at least 1 year of infusion experience are required; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with current credentials.
• Minimum 1 year experience in infusion therapy.
• Reliable transportation and access to basic office tech.
• Strong communication with scheduling personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access and care (PIVs, ports, PICCs) and monitor vitals.
• Administer medications including Abx, TPN, IVIG as prescribed.
• Draw blood and provide patient education on self-administration.
• Document visits promptly via electronic charting.
