Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking an RN to provide infusion therapy in patients' homes across North Carolina. This PRN position offers flexible visits and competitive pay to nurses who enjoy compassionate, personalized in-home care.

Responsibilities include catheter access, vitals, and medication administration, with documentation through electronic charting. Requires RN license and infusion experience; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with competency in infusion duties.
• Minimum 1 year of infusion therapy or catheter maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.
• Prompt communication with scheduling personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access and care (peripheral IVs, PICC/central lines).
• Take vitals and patient assessments.
• Administer medications including Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds.
• Provide patient education and complete visit notes promptly.
