Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking diligent RNs to provide in-home infusion therapy services. This PRN position focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals across home settings.

The RN will perform catheter access, monitor vitals, administer therapies, and educate patients on self-management, while documenting visits promptly in the electronic charting system.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license valid for practice.
• Minimum 1 year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance.
• Ability to perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, ports, PICC/central lines).
• Provide patient education on self-administration of medication.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care and vitals/assessments.
• Administer medications (Abx, TPN, IVIG, etc.).
• Draw blood and prepare visit notes in electronic charting.
