Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking a qualified RN to provide in-home infusion therapy services. The role includes catheter access, vital signs, and administration of specialty medications across multiple patients in North Carolina and nearby states.

You will educate patients, perform blood draws, and document notes using an electronic charting system. A valid RN license and at least 1 year infusion experience are required, with reliable transportation and timely communication with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with infusion duties competency.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy or catheter maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• Prompt communication with scheduling personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, ports, PICCs/central lines).
• Monitor vitals and assessments; administer medications (antibiotics, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds).
• Perform blood draws and educate patients on self-administration of medications.
• Document visit notes via electronic charting and submit promptly.
